My graphic design education gives me the strengths and knowledge to craft exceptional visual interfaces to compliment the experiences I design. My background as an educator has shaped my views and broadened my thinking. From accessibility to empathy-building, teaching has strengthened my understanding of diversity and the need to be as inclusive as possible.
Outside of design: I fiercely love my pitbull, Pig. I volunteer as a coach for a U8 girls soccer team as well as at a local non-profit creative art center/gallery in my community. I love desserts, doing puzzles, and anything Star Wars, Spongebob, or Harry Potter.

Hi! I'm Jessica.
I love a good journey-mapping exercise, I always want to hear from the users I'm designing for, I am borderline obsessed with handing over high-quality files (annotations, all layers named, link to the JIRA story or epic), and if I don't know something... I will find the person who does!
I am a process enthusiast who always asks why and loves to get to the bottom of complex problems. I have extensive experience leading different kinds of workshops with teams, conducting user interviews, synthesizing and analyzing data, creating personas, and more.
